WordPress Theme Talian with Targeted AdSense Ads, Clickbank ads included and SEO Improvements Creator: David Cameron Law (aka SEO Dave) Latest Version of theme: http://www.google-adsense-templates.co.uk/wordpress-theme-talian-with-adsense-and-seo-optimisation.html Version: 05 Based on original Talian Theme: http://www.va4business.com/business/64/free-premium-wordpress-blog-theme-talian-released-an-elegant-theme-that-is-very-much-close-to-my-heart/ Author: Steve Arun My wife has a few sites and although she's not very good with managing websites with a little help she's managed to create several new looks for Talian, so I stole them and added them to the theme :-) http://www.chileblogs.com/ Brown http://www.fotoartglamour.com/ Blue http://www.recycleforthearts.org/ Green http://www.skegness-attractions.co.uk/ Blue Orange http://theater-reviews.co.uk/ Red Installing a Theme Colour Scheme -------------------------------- Log into your sites Dashboard after installing Talian 05 and click Appearance >> Talian AdSense and Clickbank + SEO On the menu under the section "General Talian Options" >> "Theme Colour" select one of the preset colour schemes. Click the Store Options button and it's done. Creating a Theme Colour Scheme ------------------------------ The easiest way to create your own colour scheme is to choose one of the colour schemes you don't like and edit it. For example if you don't like the Red version you would edit the following files: All files under /talian-adsense-clickbank-seo-05/images/red/ commented_v.gif : The comment link button footerbg.gif : The band of colour at the bottom of every page h2navbg.gif : The small band of colour under menu headings headerbg.gif : The large band of colour behind the header search_button.gif : The search button at the top right Edit these images in something like Paintshop Pro and save them over the originals. And edit /talian-adsense-clickbank-seo-05/style-red.css Note: I've included further instructions within the style-original.css file, so probably a good idea to see that file for what each css class etc... does. This css file contains the most important CSS code for a scheme. You can find websafe colours at http://www.webreference.com/html/reference/color/websafe.html Save the images and the css file and select Red under the section "General Talian Options" >> "Theme Colour".
