BTW I helped Carol solve the customization issues by email, Carol went with a red Blix colouration which was interesting. Inspired me to look at creating different colours of Blix.
Working on Blue Blix that I’ve uploaded to http://www.chileblogs.com/
You would not believe how long it took to get working correctly! In the original Blix there’s three css files, style.css which then loads layout.css and spring_flavour.css.
Decided to combine the three into one css file (style.css), but it turns out this results in a bug where the line image that separates the right sidebar from the left content also shows a line above the logo header!
It took something like 5 hours of code editing and double checking EVERYTHING to realise the cause was due to combining the three files!! After turning it back to three files worked perfectly.
When complete (just have to write a sales page, make screenshots etc…) will sell it as well on this site.
