Hi Carol,

Sorry for the delay responding, I’d not checked the held for moderation comments (WordPress treated your comment as SPAM!) on the site for over a week, so missed your comments.

First I realized there was a problem was when I got your dispute email from PayPal! Would have been helpful to send an email or two as I assume a theme has arrived after I send the email. If a customer emails me with the issue I’ll get the theme to them.

Anyway, Blix theme was sent immediately, so either it was filtered by your email software, your ISP filtered it directly (apparently some do that!) or it got lost (which is extremely rare). If your ISP is to blame I need an alternative email address (Gmail or Yahoo for example)to send the theme to again. Please include your original email address with the email message that includes the alternative email since anyone could send an email saying it’s you.

In the meantime I’ve resent the theme and responded to your PayPal dispute.

As a side note this is the second PayPal dispute this month already due to apparent non-delivery! If anyone is trying this on to get the themes free be aware I will get the theme to you one way or another, once I send the theme out by email there are no refunds. If a customer says it didn’t arrive it will be resent until it does arrive, worse case scenario I’ll provide a temporary download link.

If the theme doesn’t match your needs unfortunately there are no refunds since you can not return a digital product.

This month (August 2010) it’s going to be around 250,000 AdSense impressions which will make about £800.
